AI4All: Successful Completion of the 2nd Online Transnational Project Meeting
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Second Online Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) within the Erasmus+ co-funded project AI4All: Empowering Inclusive Digital Innovation Through Human-Centered AI (Project No.: 2025-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000351968).
The meeting was hosted and excellently organised by Luxembourg Creative Lab (LCL). Two team members represented LCL — Kristina Chavdarova and Tsvetomir Budakov — alongside partners from XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences, Julia Wolf and Petyo Budakov. The strong participation from both institutions ensured continuity, strategic coordination, and effective progress under Activity 2.
The session proved highly productive, reinforcing collaboration and advancing key deliverables under:
Activity 2: AI4All Handbook Implementation and Case Study Development Workshops
🧠 Key Discussion Points
The meeting focused on both strategic alignment and practical implementation. Core topics included:
- Project management and quality assurance updates, including timeline reviews, milestone tracking for Activity 2, clarification of partner roles, and proactive risk mitigation measures.
- Development of the AI4All workshop framework, defining learning objectives, human-centred AI principles, interactive methodologies, group work formats, and hands-on practical exercises.
- Quality assurance mechanisms, including participant feedback tools, measurable learning outcome indicators, and evaluation methodologies to ensure high educational standards.
- Workshop delivery strategy, including preparation for Workshop 1 and Workshop 2, refinement of competencies, and groundwork for structured case study development.
- Selection and development of five exemplary case studies, including agreed criteria, structure, integration of workshop results, and translation plans (German & French).
- Dissemination and visibility strategy, quality management procedures, certificates of attendance, and planning of the open public event to maximise outreach and impact.
🤝 Strengthening Inclusive, Human-Centred AI in VET
The discussions reaffirmed the partners’ shared commitment to promoting inclusive and human-centred AI practices within vocational education and training (VET). By combining pedagogical innovation, digital competence development, and structured quality management, the consortium is ensuring that AI4All delivers meaningful, practical, and sustainable impact.
