After two years of collaboration, our Erasmus+ project Green Horizons officially ended on August 31st, 2025 – but this is not the end Both partners will continue maintaining and disseminating the results far beyond the project’s lifetime, ensuring long-term impact and sustainability.

Key insights from our final report:

Strengthened commitment to environmental awareness and the fight against climate change through innovative educational tools.

Promoted inclusion and diversity by designing accessible materials for learners of all abilities.

Contributed to innovation in VET, providing teachers and trainers with practical resources to integrate co-design, digital literacy, and sustainability in classrooms.
