LCL Signs Strategic Partnership with Belgian Startup
Luxembourg Creative Lab is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with a promising Belgian startup that is reshaping the way learners prepare for the theoretical driving license exam in Belgium.
The startup provides an innovative online platform offering a series of interactive quizzes tailored to the official Code de la Route. Through structured and gamified learning, users can test their knowledge and progressively prepare for the theoretical driving exam (permis B).
A Smart, Accessible Way to Learn
The platform offers quizzes in different formats – 10, 20, or 50 questions – each simulating conditions of the actual exam. Key features include:
- Adaptive learning: randomized questions for every quiz attempt, ensuring no repetition.
- Progressive unlocking: users who succeed in the 20-question quiz gain access to the 50-question series, designed as a realistic exam simulation.
- Exam-like scoring system: correct answers add points, while serious mistakes (faute grave) are penalized, reflecting real test conditions.
The 50-question quiz is modeled closely after the official exam, with a pass threshold of 41/50, time limits, and the same penalty structure for major mistakes. This prepares learners not only for success but also for confidence on exam day.
Supporting Lifelong Learning and Digital Education
By partnering with this Belgian startup, Luxembourg Creative Lab strengthens its mission to foster innovation, digitalization, and inclusion across education and training sectors.
“This collaboration aligns perfectly with our focus on EdTech and digital inclusion,” said Tsvetomir Budakov Managing Director of Luxembourg Creative Lab. “We see huge potential in bringing accessible, interactive, and gamified learning experiences to a wider audience, and this startup embodies that vision.”
A Step Toward Safer Roads
Beyond preparing individuals for the exam, the platform (https://permisbquiz.be) also contributes to a broader social mission: safer mobility. By making learning more engaging and accessible, it encourages learners to build stronger knowledge of traffic rules, ultimately leading to more responsible drivers on the road.
