On 9 June 2026, the partners of the Erasmus+ co-funded project AI4All: Empowering Inclusive Digital Innovation Through Human-Centered AI (Project No. 2025-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000351968) successfully conducted the Third Online Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). The meeting brought together representatives from XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and Luxembourg Creative Lab (Luxembourg) to review project achievements, assess impact, and coordinate the final implementation phase of the project.

As the coordinating organisation, XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences led the meeting and facilitated discussions focused on Activity 3: AI4All Launch Conference & Outreach, the final project activity dedicated to dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project’s results.

Reviewing a Year of Collaborative Achievement

The Third TPM provided an opportunity for partners to reflect on the successful implementation of all planned project activities and deliverables. Throughout the project, AI4All has worked to empower Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) educators with practical competences for integrating Artificial Intelligence into teaching and learning in ways that are ethical, inclusive, and accessible.

Partners reviewed the project’s key results, including:

• The Handbook “AI for Inclusive Learning: A Practical Guide for Faculty and VET Trainers”
• Five short training videos presenting examples of good practice in inclusive AI adoption
• The Framework for Conducting AI-Inclusive Hands-on Workshops
• Comprehensive workshop implementation and evaluation reports
• Five Exemplary Case Studies demonstrating practical applications of inclusive and human-centered AI in educational contexts
• National Launch Conferences conducted in Germany and Luxembourg

The meeting confirmed that all planned outputs had been successfully completed and disseminated in line with the project objectives and Erasmus+ requirements.

Focusing on Outreach and Community Engagement

A central theme of the meeting was the evaluation of the project’s outreach activities. Partners discussed the outcomes of the national conferences organised in Germany and Luxembourg, which brought together educators, trainers, researchers, students, policymakers, and representatives from the wider educational ecosystem.

The conferences served as important platforms for sharing project results, discussing emerging trends in AI-supported education, and promoting dialogue around accessibility, digital inclusion, and ethical AI implementation.

Participants highlighted the strong level of stakeholder engagement achieved throughout the project and acknowledged the growing interest in practical approaches that help educators integrate AI while maintaining human oversight, pedagogical quality, and inclusivity.

Ensuring Long-Term Sustainability

Beyond reviewing completed activities, the Third TPM placed significant emphasis on the future sustainability of the AI4All results.

Partners examined the implementation of the project’s Sustainable Impact and Continuity Plan and discussed strategies for embedding project outcomes into their institutional practices. Particular attention was given to ensuring that the handbook, workshop framework, case studies, and training resources remain openly accessible and continue supporting educators beyond the project’s official lifetime.

The discussion also explored opportunities for future collaboration between the partners and identified potential areas for further research and Erasmus+ initiatives focused on inclusive digital transformation, AI literacy, accessibility, and human-centered innovation in education.

Strengthening Inclusive Digital Education Across Europe

The AI4All project was established to address the growing need for educators to develop the knowledge and skills required to use AI responsibly and effectively. Through a combination of research, training, practical case studies, and community engagement, the project has contributed to strengthening digital readiness while promoting inclusion and diversity in both Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training.

The Third TPM reaffirmed the partners’ shared commitment to ensuring that Artificial Intelligence serves as a tool for empowerment rather than exclusion. By placing accessibility, ethics, and human-centered design at the heart of AI adoption, AI4All has created practical resources that support educators in responding to the evolving demands of digital education.

Looking Ahead

As AI4All enters its final stage, the partnership remains focused on maximizing the impact of its results and supporting educators across Europe in building more inclusive and accessible learning environments.

The successful completion of the Third Transnational Project Meeting marks another important milestone in the project journey and demonstrates the value of European cooperation in addressing the opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence in education.
